  • The VTC1010 vertical lathe is engineered for machining internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end faces, grooves and chamfers on workpieces. It is an ideal solution for manufacturing automotive brake drums, wheel hubs, brake discs, clutch pressure plates, flywheel housings and similar components.

  • 1. Built with a cross-slide vertical guideway structure. The column, base and slide are cast from grey cast iron. Guideways on both the column and slide undergo high-frequency quenching, while sliding surfaces receive plasticizing treatment to deliver stable, reliable performance.
  • 2. Boasts superior long-term stability and outstanding precision retention. Fully enclosed construction ensures a clean working environment and modern aesthetic.
  • 3. Servo motor-driven spindle fitted with imported bearings. It delivers low-speed high-torque output for heavy-duty cutting, supporting semi-precision and precision machining applications.
  • 4. X and Z axes adopt servo motor automatic feed control. The Z-axis is equipped with counterweight assembly to enhance structural stability and reduce failure rates.
  • 5. Precision ball screws paired with imported special bearings are deployed on X/Z axes, meeting high-precision and high-rigidity cutting requirements.
  • 6. The spindle features an external circulating thin-oil lubrication system. Spindle bearings are cooled by an efficient fan; alternatively, the spindle unit adopts a specialized structural design.
