  • The TCK1000DY series adopts a one-piece 45° inclined bed structure crafted from high-density cast iron with precision resin sand molding technology. The internal reinforcing rib layout is precisely optimized via topology analysis. Combined with multiple artificial aging and natural aging treatments, the machine base delivers upgraded mechanical performance, ultra-high structural rigidity and exceptional stability, supporting long-term high-intensity heavy-duty machining without precision deviation.

  • Both X and Z axes are fitted with premium heavy-duty rolling guide assemblies and precision linear slide mechanisms for stable and smooth movement. The Z-axis adopts an innovative six-slider support structure paired with a centralized automatic lubrication system, which effectively reduces friction loss and abrasion. This optimized motion system greatly improves overall load-bearing capacity, positioning accuracy and dynamic response performance, ensuring consistent precision during high-speed and heavy-load operation.
