- The TCK600 series adopts an integral 45° slant bed and base made of high-strength cast iron. With rib layout optimized by finite element analysis, premium resin sand molding technology, and thorough secondary and natural aging treatment, the machine achieves extraordinary structural rigidity and long-term running stability. Equipped with an automatic lubrication system, it effectively reduces feed friction, improves overall machining accuracy, and extends machine service life.
- The machine comes standard with a hydraulically driven automatic tailstock for stable and efficient positioning. Servo motor drive is available as an optional upgrade to deliver higher precision and meet complex machining requirements.
- Both X and Z axes adopt heavy-duty, high-reliability linear roller guideways. Supported by automatic forced lubrication, the system minimizes frictional resistance during movement, realizing faster feed speed, smoother operation and superior positioning accuracy.
- Fitted with a side-mounted programmable chain chip conveyor, the device is installed from the machine front for easy adjustment and maintenance. An optional oil-water separation unit separates lubricating oil from cutting fluid, reduces oil mist, strengthens tool cooling performance, and effectively prolongs cutting tool lifespan.
