High-Rigidity Integral 45° Inclined Bed The TCK800DY CNC turning center adopts an integral 45° slant bed constructed from premium high-strength cast iron. The internal reinforcement rib layout is scientifically optimized through finite element analysis. Adopting resin sand molding technology and complete secondary aging and natural aging treatment processes, the machine base features ultra-high structural rigidity and excellent stability, maintaining precise and consistent machining performance during long-term heavy-duty operation.
